power flow YOGA
This is a powerful creative vinyasa practice, sequencing postures from all the families of asana with the intention of challenging your physical and mental strength. Faster paced than our Flow classes, expect to get moving quickly. More difficult postures may be presented with modifications offered.
hot hatha
Turn up the heat and dive into a slower-paced practice. Slow, steady, and focused—Hot Hatha moves through classic shapes with time to breathe, feel, and refine. The room’s hot (95–105°F), so hydrate, dress for comfort, and prepare to work.
foundationS
Start here. This class is for beginners and anyone looking to deepen their understanding of alignment, breath, and meditation. We move slow and steady, building heat through balance, focus, and long holds—not fast flows. Great for newcomers and those with special conditions. Questions? Talk to your teacher before class.
HOT 26 + 2
It’s the classic Bikram sequence, reimagined with BE’s focus on agency and freedom. This set series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is physically intense and mentally steadying—but not a flow. You’ll hold, breathe, rest, and repeat. Heated to 90–105°F. Great for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
hot 50/50
Half hot power, half yin-inspired stretch. We’ll move through a strong standing sequence, then shift to the floor for deep release. The heat (95–105°) boosts circulation, mobility, and resilience—physically and mentally. This class supports your nervous system’s ability to transition from high energy to rest and recovery.
FLOW
Enjoy a creative vinyasa flow, practicing postures from all the families of asana. We'll take our time building up a standing series, generating good heat and movement, and then take it to the floor. Flow classes can be a good choice for beginners as well as long-time practitioners.
HOT POWER
This is a strong flow that may build strength and endurance with quicker pace and longer holds. In Hot Power, you’ll be pushed!
SOUL FLOW YOGA
Enjoy a little yoga philosophy while you move. Soul Flow is an approachable creative vinyasa class with principles of yoga philosophy woven through. This class could be a good choice for beginners as well as long-time practitioners.
MYSORE
A self-paced, teacher-supported approach to the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series. You’ll move through the sequence at your own rhythm, with one-on-one guidance and hands-on support. No music, no pressure—just breath and practice. New students are welcomed Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6:30am only. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
STRETCH & RESET
Slow down and go deep in this meditative, yin-inspired self-care session. Gentle movements will complement longer, passive holds to reduce stress and anxiety, and improve circulation and mobility around the joints. You'll leave feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and relaxed. This class is a good choice for beginners.
hot flow yoga
A creative vinyasa class that builds gradually, moving from strong standing sequences to deep floor work. The 95–105° heat supports strength, mobility, and mental focus.
HOT STRETCH
Slow, warm, and deep. This class targets connective tissue to support joint health, circulation, and relaxation. Great for beginners or anyone needing a reset. The room is heated to 95–105° to support deeper release and focus.
