BE-TV lets you join a real-time studio class from wherever you are in the world. These aren’t pre-recorded, polished productions — they’re live, human, and real. You’ll hear the teacher, their playlist, and even the breath and energy in the room.

After registering, you’ll get a confirmation email from FitGrid. One hour before class, you’ll receive your unique Zoom link. Just click, unroll your mat, and you’re in.
